Manchester City will face Sporting Lisbon, with Manchester United due to take on Diego Simeone's Atletico Madrid.
Elsewhere, holders Chelsea are set to face last season's French league champions Lille. 2019 winners Liverpool, meanwhile, take Italian champions Inter Milan.
The first match in the Round of 16 will take place on February 15 and February 16.
