How to watch, stream and listen to Buccaneers at Seahawks Week 9

The Seattle Seahawks host the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday for the first time since 2013. The Week 9 matchup will be Seattle’ second in a row against an NFC South opponent.

Although the two teams rarely square off, the Seahawks have the all-time series edge, leading the Buccaneers 8-5 since 1976.

“The Bucs have a very explosive team,” coach Pete Carroll said Wednesday. “They have a lot of really difficult aspects to their team. Their throwing game and their receivers are terrific. They’re putting up a ton of yards and they can explode on you. Their defense is really tough against the run, the best in the NFL. As you put the film on, it’s obvious why. They’re really good up front from the middle out.”

The Seahawks are now 6-2 on the year and 4-0 in road games for the first time since 1980. Seattle needs to ensure a win in the Emerald City to keep up with the competitive NFC.

“We’ve got some really good challenges for us to put together a good game here,” Carroll continued. “We’ve got to get back on track here at home in particular – looking forward to it.”
