Accies will be hoping to bounce back from last week's 4-0 defeat at home to high-flying Hibs, and find them form that saw them take four points from a possible six in their clashes with Aberdeen and Kilmarnock in their previous games.
It was County who earned the bragging rights last time out, earning a narrow 1-0 win at New Douglas Park back in August thanks to a Billy McKay strike.
