How to Watch Redskins vs. Dolphins, NFL Live Stream, Schedule, TV Channel, Start Time

The Washington Redskins (0-5) head to South Florida to take on the Miami Dolphins (0-4) in a matchup between two teams both searching for their first win of the season. The Dolphins lead the all-time series 9-5 and have won the last two meetings, including a 17-10 victory on the road in 2015.

While the Redskins are bad, they aren’t nearly as bad as the Dolphins this season. Washington lost by five to the Eagles in Week 1 and by 10 to the Cowboys in Week 2, scoring over 20 points in both games. However, in the last three weeks their play on both sides of the ball has left a lot to be desired. As a result, this week the team parted ways with head coach Jay Gruden. Gruden, who was in the midst of his sixth season at the helm, compiled a 35-49-1 record. Colt McCoy started last week against the Patriots and threw for 119 yards and one touchdown.

Washington’s defense gave up 348 yards and three touchdowns to Tom Brady and nearly 500 yards of total offense to the Patriots. Luckily for the Redskins they are going against a Dolphins offense that is either last or second to last in every offensive statistical category.

The bye week couldn’t have come at a better time for the Miami Dolphins, who started the season 0-4 and have been outscored 163-26. Two weeks ago the Dolphins managed to put up 10 points in a 30-10 home loss at the hands of the Chargers. Josh Rosen was 17-for-24 with 180 yards, one touchdown, and one interception. DeVante Parker led the team with four catches for 70 yards and one score.

Miami’s defense or lack thereof may be just as much of a concern as its offensive woes. The Dolphins are ranked last or second to last in every major defensive category. Chargers quarterback Philip Rivers racked up 310 yards passing and two touchdowns in Week 4 and the team totaled over 400 yards. The good news though is that their best chance to win a ball game all season may just be this Sunday.
