How to watch Real Sociedad vs Manchester United on TV? Live stream, kick-off time and team news

European football is back this week, with Manchester United set to take on Spanish outfit Real Sociedad on Thursday, February 18.

While United will be disappointed at their early Champions League exit, the Europa will be seen as an opportunity for their first piece of silverware under their manager.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side go into first leg as the away side, although the game will take place at Juventus' Allianz Stadium in Turin.

The only previous occasion that the two sides have met was in the Group Stage of the 2013/14 Champions League. United drew 0-0 at the Anoeta Stadium after 1-0 victory at Old Trafford.

What is the early Manchester United v Real Sociedad team news?

Paul Pogba is still on the sidelines with a thigh injury. He is currently scheduled to return to action at the end of the month.

For Sociedad, attacking midfielder Luca Sangalli is the only injury of note. The Basque side have a familiar foe in their ranks in the form of former Manchester City midfielder David Silva. They will also face former-United forward Adnan Januzaj.

He, Aritz Elustondo and former Newcastle footballer Mikel Merino are three players in risk of suspension for the second leg should they receive a yellow.

The same tightrope can also be applied to Bruno Fernandes.
