How to watch Real Madrid vs Juventus for FREE: TV channel and live stream for Club World Cup

Real Madrid and Juventus go head to head in the first Club World Cup knockout stage tonight to compete for a place in the quarter-finals.

Los Blancos improved as the group stage went on, making amends for a draw against Al-Hilal in Xabi Alonso’s first match in charge to knock three goals past each of Pachuca and RB Salzburg in their last two Group H outings.

The Bianconeri, meanwhile, won their first two matches in the US by a combined score of 9-1 but finished second in Group G after being handily beaten by Manchester City last Thursday.

Kylian Mbappe is expected to return to Real’s starting line-up having missed the group stage with a bout of gastroenteritis, which will be an unwelcome development for a Juve team that just shipped five goals in their last match.

Vinicius Jr and Jude Bellingham are two more stars the Italian side will have to cope with, and Madrid have indeed exhibited threat from across the pitch so far in this tournament, with goal contributions from the likes of Federico Valverde and youngster Gonzalo Garcia.

Igor Tudor drew criticism for his team selection against City, with the Juventus manager rotating several key men - including star forward Kenan Yildiz - onto the bench.

The Croatian manager is unlikely to make the same mistake twice as he looks to test Real’s new-look backline, which has featured ex-Premier League duo Dean Huijsen and Trent Alexander-Arnold in each match so far in this tournament. Real centre-back Eder Militao could also make his long-awaited return from injury, according to reports from Spain, but the Brazilian may do so from the bench given he has not played since tearing his ACL in November.

The winner of this heavyweight clash - which kicks off at Miami’s Hard Rock Stadium at 8pm BST on Tuesday - faces one of Borussia Dortmund and Monterrey on Saturday, with a potential semi-final showdown against either PSG or Bayern Munich to follow on that side of the bracket.
