Frank will be hoping for an immediate reaction after his side were thrashed in the north London derby by arch-rivals Arsenal 4-1 at the weekend.
PSG, meanwhile, come off the back of a 2-1 home defeat by Bayern Munich, but that had followed three straight wins over Atalanta, Barcelona, and Bayer Leverkusen.
