How to watch Newcastle vs Manchester United - TV channel and live stream, kick-off time

Manchester United are preparing to make the trip to Newcastle as they finally play for the first time during this festive period.

Having had their last two games postponed amid a Covid outbreak, United’s players returned to training earlier in the week, with the Magpies on December 27 firmly in their sights.

Ralf Rangnick’s side will be looking to make it four league wins in a row as they continue their resurgence, while their hosts are in desperate need of a victory to lift them out of the relegation zone heading into 2022.

Here’s what you need to know if you want to watch the game live.

What TV channel is it on?

The game will be available to UK viewers on Sky Sports, with a couple of options available.

Coverage gets underway at 7pm on Sky Sports Premier League, or at 7.30pm on Sky Sports Main Event, with the game also available on the HD channels.

What time does it kick-off?

The game itself kicks off at St James’ Park at 8pm.

Anthony Martial could also be in line for a return while Victor Lindelof is expected to be back after he came off during the win over Norwich with breathing difficulties.

Paul Pogba will remain on the sidelines, although the midfielder is stepping up his recovery from a thigh injury.
