How to Watch Miami (OH) vs. Ohio State, NCAA Football Live Stream, Schedule, TV Channel, Start Time

It’s easy to look at Saturday’s matchup and understand why many think No. 6 Ohio State (3-0) will dominate Miami University (1-2). The Buckeyes are averaging 46 points per game, while the RedHawks are averaging 25. Miami is 0-5 all-time vs. Buckeyes, but the two teams haven’t played each other since 2012.

The Buckeyes put on a clinic in last Saturday’s Big Ten opener vs. Indiana, pulling out a 51-10 win, while also dominating on the defensive end. Coming into the season, many wondered how good they could be. That question was answered, at least in the short term, after a 42-0 win vs. Cincinnati.

Expect to see the run game thrive with JK Dobbins in the backfield. Ohio State is averaging 271 rushing yards per game. Quarterback Justin Fields, who is in his first season with the Buckeyes, has thrived in an offensive system that is averaging 228 passing yards per game. His go-to target has been wide receiver Chris Olave, who has five receiving touchdowns and is averaging 18.4 yards per catch.

While the defense is close to an entirely new unit, co-defensive coordinators Greg Mattison and Jeff Hafley OSU haven’t missed a beat. Defensive end Chase Young has been unstoppable, recording multiple sacks in each game this season.

While the Buckeyes dominated Cincinnati, that wasn’t the case for Miami last weekend in a 35-13 loss. Quarterback Brett Gabbert went 10-for-18 with 143 yards and no touchdowns. Miami’s most productive wide receiver last week was Dominique Robinson, who caught two balls for a total of 46 yards. Miami defender Kameron Butler had six tackles and two sacks last week. The team’s one win came in a 48-17 victory  vs. Tennessee Tech to begin the season.
