Manchester United play host to Steven Gerrard's Aston Villa side on Monday evening in the third round of this season's FA Cup.
In what will be both teams' first involvement in England's oldest ever cup competition this season, United will hope to go deep into the latter stages with their last success coming back in 2016.
Having clawed back their own aims of qualifying for the UEFA Champions League this season, Ralf Rangnick's side are still competing on two other fronts as the second half of the 21/22 campaign rolls into action.
Losing in last year's quarter-finals via a 3-1 away defeat to eventual winners Leicester City, United will host Gerrard's side at Old Trafford before travelling to the Midlands to face the Villans in the Premier League five days' later.
Villa have seen a sudden upturn in form since Gerrard's arrival, winning four of their last eight games.
Having suffered defeat last time out against Brentford, Villa will be looking to cause an upset when they travel to the Theatre of Dreams.
