You can watch Love Island on the ITV Hub live every night at 9pm. You have to create an account to gain access to the hub, but all you need is an email address and password, then you can remained logged in from there on.
The ITV Hub is free to use in the UK, and if you want to watch the show abroad, you can pay a subscription fee for ITV Hub+ access, but that's another story .
If you're a bit late to the show and miss an episode, then no sweat because you can also watch Love Island episodes once they're uploaded to the Hub, which usually arrive at 11pm - an hour after the show ends.
