How to watch Liverpool vs Leeds United on TV, live stream, kick off time and channel details

Liverpool take on Leeds United in their first Premier League game of the new season and it will be live-streamed online and TV.

The champions will host the recently promoted side as they look to start their title defence with a win.

Top-flight football has returned in a revised calendar starting this weekend with the Reds hosting Marco Bielsa's side in their first game.

Jurgen Klopp took his team to Austria for pre-season preparations as they played two friendlies, coming out 3-0 winners against VfB Stuttgart and fighting back in a 2-2 draw with RB Salzburg before the traditional curtain raiser in London ended 1-1 after 90 minutes.

Jurgen Klopp's champions were in Austria as they prepared for their Premier League title defence but finished their preseason with a 7-2 victory over Blackpool at Anfield.

Supporters are still not permitted inside stadiums to watch their teams play in the Premier League as restrictions following the coronavirus pandemic around social distancing remain in place.

It means fans will have to watch on and support from home but unfortunately, the latest fixture will not be made available on a free-to-air channel but fans will be able to use the app to stream the match providing they have the right subscription.

Liverpool v Leeds United will kick off at 5.30pm on Saturday September 12 and will be shown live on Sky Sports.

The broadcaster is expected to show the game on two channels, much like the end of last season, with one channel - Sky Sports Premier League - having added fan noise and Sky Sports Main Event and natural stadium sound on Sky Sports Premier League.

Fans will be able to use the NOWTV website or app to stream the match providing they have a Sports Pass.

The NOWTV app is available on most smart TVs, tablets, smart phones and games consoles Xbox One and PS4.
