How to watch Liverpool vs Blackpool, is it on TV, live stream, kick off time and channel info

Liverpool come up against Blackpool in their final pre-season game before the new season gets underway and it will be live-streamed online and TV.

The Reds will be looking to bounce back following losing the FA Community Shield on penalties to Arsenal at Wembley last weekend.

LFC came out 3-0 winners against VfB Stuttgart and fought back in a 2-2 draw with RB Salzburg in their previous two friendlies before the traditional curtain raiser in London ended 1-1 after 90 minutes.

Jurgen Klopp's champions were in Austria as they prepared for their Premier League title defence.

Top-flight football will return in a revised calendar on September 12 with the Reds hosting Leeds United in their first game.

It was confirmed Liverpool will play another friendly at Anfield during the international break and it will be streamed live online.

The match against the League One side will see the return of former Liverpool U23s manager Neil Critchley, who took up his new role earlier this year.

Unfortunately, it will not be made available on a free-to-air channel but fans will be able to use the app to stream the match providing they have the right subscription.

Liverpool v Blackpool will kick off at 3pm on Saturday September 5 and will be shown live on LFC TV GO.

Fans will also be able to watch along if they subscribe to the LFC TV channel available on Sky (on channel 425) and Virgin TV (on channel 544).

The LFC TV GO app is available on tablets and smart phones or supporters can alternatively visit https://video.liverpoolfc.com/ on their browser.

To sign up, fans can either pay a monthy fee of £4.99 or commit to the year for £49.99.

This latest pre-season friendly should give a number of players their final chance to earn a place in the starting lineup of the Reds' first Premier League game of the season against Leeds United at Anfield later in the month.
