How to watch, listen to Cardinals’ preseason opener vs. Cowboys

Football is here, at least the fake games are. The Arizona Cardinals open their preseason schedule against the Dallas Cowboys, who played in the Hall of Fame Game last week.

Quarterback Kyler Murray many other Cardinals starters are expected to play some, while it will be a chance for many younger players to get significant snaps for the first time.

The Cowboys will not play quarterback Dak Prescott and are not expected to have running back Ezekiel Elliott on the field either.

But no matter who is actually on the field, NFL football games begin in earnest for the Cardinals Friday night.

Here is the info about the game you need to know if you want to watch or listen to the game.

When and where

The Cardinals’ preseason opener kicks off at 10 p.m. ET (7 p.m. Arizona time) Friday night at State Farm Stadium.

TV, streaming, broadcasters

For those local Cardinals fans, the television broadcast will be on  Channel 12 (KPNX 12 News). In the Tucson area, it airs on KTTU and KMSB. It will also air in Albuquerque on KOAT and can be seen also on NFL Network.

Although they are the radio broadcast team during the regular season, Dave Pasch and Ron Wolfley will call the game from the TV booth Friday.

You can also stream the game on FuboTV. Try it free.

Radio info

The Cardinals’ radio broadcast will air on Arizona Sports 98.7 FM. Instead of Pasch and Wolfley, who will be the radio team during the regular season, it will be Paul Calvisi and former Cardinals quarterback Drew Stanton.

The Spanish broadcast can be heard on Latino Mix KQMR 100.3 FM. Luis Hernandez and Rolando Cantu will call the game.
