How to watch every Manchester United match when the Premier League restarts

The Premier League season is set to return later in the month, with Manchester United still in the battle for a top four place.

Before the season was suspended, United had just beaten Manchester City at Old Trafford in a blistering display.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s team are sitting in fifth place and will be looking to keep the pressure on Chelsea in fourth.

By the time the season restarts again, it will be over three months of no Premier League football, but the good news is that it’s returning to our television screens very soon.

Here is how you can watch every Premier League game once the season restarts.

How can I watch it?

There will be four broadcasters showing every one of the remaining 92 games.

Sky Sports and BT Sport are the two main channels, who have had Premier League rights for years now, with Amazon Prime coming into the fold earlier in the season.

Those three will be showing all the drama, as well as BBC, who do not usually show live action of the top-flight, but will get the chance to do so.

Many of the matches will be made free-to-air, with so much football still to get through in the quickest possible time.

Sky Sports

Unsurprisingly, Sky Sports will be the main broadcaster out of the four and will show 64 live matches from the English top-flight, which will undoubtedly include United along the way.

25 of the 92 remaining games will be shown free of charge; however, these fixtures are yet to be decided.

Sky Sports are offering all of their sports channels for £23-a-month, or you can choose individual channels for £18-a-month.

If you’re not at home and unable to find a television – if you’re an existing customer – you can download the Sky Go application and stream it from your phone, laptop or tablet.

BT Sport

BT Sport will show 20 of the remaining 92 live games before the end of the 2019/20 season.

There’s a special deal for EE customers, who can get a three-month free trial to BT Sport: All you have to do is text “SPORT” to 150.

Like Sky Go, BT Sport have an app that can be downloaded.

BBC Sport

The BBC will show their first-ever live Premier League match once the season commences.

Popular BBC show Match of the Day is such a big part of British football culture, and the same pundits and presenters can be expected for the live games.

As well as this, the famous highlights show will return to our television screens.

Four matches will be shown on BBC Sport.

Amazon Prime

Unlike the other three, Amazon Prime is not a TV channel – it’s a streaming service.

Prime broadcasted a host of Premier League games in December – including Manchester United’s 2-1 win over Tottenham Hotspur in December – when making their top-flight debut last year.

If you are a Prime member, then you will be able to access the live games on the app, that can be downloaded online.

Like the BBC, Prime will broadcast four games for the remainder of the season and they will be shown for free in the UK.
