How to watch Everton vs Liverpool FC: What TV channel and live stream for the Merseyside derby today

Liverpool will look to bounce back from a humiliating defeat to Aston Villa when they travel to Everton for a crucial Merseyside derby this afternoon.

Jurgen Klopp's side find themselves in unfamiliar territory heading into the derby, with Everton sat top of the table after four wins from as many games.

The Premier League champions had made a perfect start to the Premier League campaign until they came up against Aston Villa last time out, where they were handed a shock 7-2 defeat at Villa Park.

The Reds will be significantly boosted by the returns of Thiago Alcantara, Sadio Mane and Joel Matip, though goalkeeper Alisson Becker is still out injured.

Victory for Liverpool could provide a major confidence boost ahead of their gruelling title defence, and a win would put them level points with Carlo Ancelloti's Everton after five games.

Here's how you can watch the action unfold on Saturday...

TV channel

The match will be televised on BT Sport 1, with coverage starting from 11:30am.

Live stream

BT Sport subscribers will be able to watch the match online via the video player and the BT Sport app
