After setting the tone for the season in the first episode, “Hard Knocks: Los Angeles returns tonight for more behind-the-scenes footage of Rams and Chargers training camp. The premiere was mostly about COVID-19 protocols and players getting acclimated, but things will ramp up on “Hard Knocks,” just as competition heats up on the field.
The second episode of “Hard Knocks” will air this week, and based on the trailer, it’ll focus on how players spent the offseason, rookies getting up to speed and continuing coverage of practices out in L.A.

HBO discontinued its HBO Go smartphone and smart TV apps on July 31, but you can still stream the second episode of “Hard Knocks” on mobile and TV devices. In order to do so, you’ll need to download the HBO Max app and either sign up for a trial or subscribe for $14.99 a month. If you subscribe to HBO through your cable provider, you can sign in with the HBO Max app.
Episode 2 will be available live on the HBO Max app as soon as it airs on HBO at 10 p.m. ET.
