Sarina Wiegman’s Lionesses are one win away from becoming the first England side to retain a major title, but will face their toughest challenge of the summer in tonight’s final.

England went into the match as underdogs after coming from behind to win in both the quarter-final and semi-final, both of which required extra time, and again went behind in the final.
Mariona Caldentey's first-half goal for Spain was cancelled out by Alessia Russo's header in the 57th minute, and though both sides had a number of decent chances, neither found the net and game has gone to extra time.
