How to watch England and all you need to know about the 2019 Nations League finals

England will bid to win the inaugural Nations League next weekend, when they travel to Portugal for the finals of the competition.

Gareth Southgate's Three Lions saw off Spain and Croatia in a tightly contested group stage to advance to the finals and are one of four sides bidding to win the first Nations League Trophy.

England will take on Ronald Koeman's Netherlands in the semi-finals and should they progress they will face the winners of the other semi-final between Portugal and Switzerland in the final in Porto on Sunday, June 9.

Here is all you need to know ahead of the first Nations League finals.

Third place play-off

Sunday, June 9: Loser of semi-final 1 vs Loser of semi-final 2 (2pm, Estadio D. Afonso Henriques, Guimaraes)

Final
