How to watch Connacht v Bristol Bears live on TV in the Heineken Champions Cup

Pat Lam heads back to Galway on Sunday to face Connacht Rugby with his Bristol Bears side in a must win game in the Heineken Champions Cup.

The Bears are effectively in the last chance salon in the European Heineken Champions Cup having lost their opening game of the tournament, going down 38-51 at home to Clermont.

If Pat Lam's men are to have any chance of getting out of Pool B then they need to win this weekend away.

Irish province Connacht find themselves in the same situation having narrowly lost 26-22 away at Racing 92 last weekend.

Sadly there are no wonderful away weekends in Europe for fans but the good news is the game is being shown live on TV.

Here is all the information you need to follow all the action live.

What time is kick-off?

The game at the Sportsground Stadium in Galway kicks off at 5.30pm (UK time) on Sunday, December 20.

Is the game on TV?

Yes - all this season’s European Heineken Champions Cup games are being shown live on BT Sport once again.

Today’s game is being shown on BT Sport 2 with coverage starting at 5.15pm.

How else can I follow the game?

The great news is if you can’t watch the game live on TV you can get live play-by-play updates on Bristol Live plus get all the reaction and analysis.

BBC Radio Gloucestershire will also be providing live commentary from the game.
