Autzen Stadium plays host to a big Pac-12 game on Saturday night, as the Cal Bears visit the No. 13 Oregon Ducks. Both teams enter this important matchup with one loss on the season, meaning this could very well make or break either school’s big time aspirations in 2019.

Quarterback Justin Herbert was near-perfect on the day completing 19 of his 25 pass attempts against Stanford with all three of his team’s touchdowns through the air and no interceptions in a 21-6 win. It’s that type of ball security that has Oregon in the Top 15 and still in the running for the top bowl games in the nation.
The Ducks have dominated Cal over the last decade, winning nine of the last 10 games played.
Coming off of a bye week, Oregon should be very well rested, while their opponent will be licking its wounds from disappointment.
Cal suffered its first loss when No. 20 Arizona went into California Memorial Stadium and pulled off a 24-17 win last weekend. To make matters worse, Bears starting QB Chase Garber has gone down with a long term upper-body injury. Devon Modster replaced Garber midway through the loss and is expected to start against Oregon.
It’s clear to see that the Ducks have everything going in their favor ahead of this matchup. However, anything can happen in the wild world of the Pac-12.
