How to watch British Grand Prix 2026: live stream the F1 race from anywhere – Lights Out!

Mercedes' Kimi Antonelli and Ferrari's Charles Leclerc at the 2026 British Grand Prix.

No F1 track produces great races as consistently as Silverstone, and it delivered yet again yesterday, as Kimi Antonelli successfully chased Lewis Hamilton down to win the Sprint. The teenager followed it up by taking pole for today's British Grand Prix proper, and he has Charles Leclerc for company on the front row. Lights-out is scheduled for 3pm BST / 10am ET.

British Grand Prix 2026 Preview

Record nine-time British GP winner Hamilton topped the timesheet in the only Practice session on Friday and took Sprint pole, but has had to settle for the third slot on the grid, a nose in front of George Russell, who's never made the podium at the Northamptonshire circuit.

While Silverstone tends to bring out the best from his compatriots – Lando Norris is the most recent winner of the British Grand Prix and he finished third yesterday – it hasn't been a happy hunting ground for Russell. Eight previous visits have yielded just 13 points, and he's retired from the race almost as often as he's finished in the points.

The under-fire Mercedes man returned to form last weekend with a wire-to-wire victory in Spielberg. Although there was an element of fortune to his pole, Russell showed that he was equal to it, holding off Max Verstappen and Kimi Antonelli to overtake Hamilton in the drivers' standings and cut the deficit to his teenage teammate to 40 points. Antonelli has stretched that to 43 now.

Below we'll show you how to watch British Grand Prix live streams from anywhere in the world.
