Barcelona won’t have Lionel Messi for their Champions League opener as he continues to recover from an injury picked up just before the start of the season. Perhaps the biggest story surrounding the Blaugrana so far this season isn’t the Neymar transfer debacle or Messi’s absence, but the emergence of Ansu Fati. The 16-year-old attacker has come from nowhere to dazzle in his first few appearances as a professional. With skill, flair and confidence, the youngster has opened eyes around the world.
