Arizona State is coming off a very dramatic 38-34 win over Washington State to improve to 5-1. Quarterback Jayden Daniels had a performance to remember, throwing for 363 yards with three touchdowns through the air and a 17-yard touchdown run with just 34 seconds remaining. It was the type of game that dreams are made of for the freshman out of California. It will be on the shoulders of Daniels that the Sun Devils’ conference title hopes are made or broken. Another star-making performance like that on the road to a tough Utah team could do more than just earn his team their biggest win of the season. It might just launch his name into the conversation for the best quarterback in the nation for this season and the next few to come.
Rice-Eccles Stadium will be rocking as they hope their Utes can follow up a dominant 52-7 rout of Oregon State to get to 6-1 and the top of the South division. Utah has a well-rounded offense that was on full display last weekend. Running back Zach Moss ran for 121 yards with two scores. They managed a robust 256 yards on the ground as a team. Meanwhile, quarterback Tyler Huntley threw for 247 and two touchdowns in the impressive win.
