How to watch and stream The Players Championship: TV coverage, tee times

One of the best fields in golf will tackle TPC Sawgrass on Thursday as The Players Championship begins in its new slot on the calendar, and players are expecting an entirely different course to the one they normally played in May. The 7,189-yard course in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, is playing significantly longer this week, and Tiger Woods said Tuesday that he’s hitting much longer second shots.

Televised coverage of The Players Championship will begin at 1:00 p.m. ET on Golf Channel

Tiger Woods will tee off at 1:27 p.m. ET in a group with Webb Simpson and Patrick Reed.

You’ll be able to stream TV coverage via NBC Sports Live or fuboTV. You can stream early featured group coverage on PGA Tour Live.
