The LFC website will be live streaming the entire route via a YouTube link on their website.
While the city is expecting crowds of thousands, there will be as many who can't make the trip as Reds support stretches across the globe.

The squad enjoyed a lavish after party before flying home to John Lennon Airport with the Champions League trophy.
