How to vote for Charlie Wyke or Aiden McGeady as Sunderland stars nominated for award

Sunderland's Charlie Wyke and Aiden McGeady have both been nominated for the PFA Fans' League One Player of the Month award for February.

Both players have been in excellent form as the Black Cats have seen their promotion bid kick on under Lee Johnson.

Wyke's goalscoring exploits saw him notch eight times in February - including four against Doncaster on a memorable day.

And many of those goals came courtesy of an assist from McGeady, with the Republic of Ireland winger back to top form in a red-and-white shirt.

Both have continued their outstanding displays into March, but Sunderland fans have the difficult task of choosing between them for the February award.

They are nominated alongside Lincoln City's Jorge Grant, Peterborough's Sammie Szmodics and Jonson Clarke-Harris, and Plymouth's Kell Watts, who is on loan from Newcastle.

Keeping both players fit and firing all cylinders will be vital if the Black Cats are to maintain their current superb run and force their way into the top two.

However all focus is on Wembley now, with Sunderland's Papa John's Trophy Final against Tranmere Rovers on Sunday.

You can vote for McGeady or Wyke to be named the PFA's League One Player of the Month for February, here.
