There are quite a few friends you can meet throughout Wishblossom Ranch in Disney Dreamlight Valley, but the process for unlocking some of them isn't easy. Tigger is one of the toughest characters to meet and befriend in this world.
While you'll meet some characters fairly early on, you won't see Tigger at all until you're fairly far into Wishblossom Ranch. He requires quite a lot of effort to get, so here's how to unlock Tigger in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

How to get Tigger in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Tigger is unlocked at the very end of the Fun! Fun! Fun! quest in DDV. Before you can meet and recruit him, though, you first need to unlock Snow White and Cruella, plus a bunch of other main storyline missions. Here's a full breakdown of everything you need to have done to get Tigger.

Unlock the Wishblossom Ranch DLC.
- Tigger is a DLC exclusive character, so you must have this expansion purchased and installed to meet him.

Travel to Wishblossom Ranch.
- Head inside the Dream Castle and up to the left side of the third floor. Walk through the gate to access the Stardust Port, then board the train to set off to Wishblossom Ranch.
- Unlock Snow White by completing all of her prerequisite quests.
- Unlock Cruella by completing all of her prerequisite quests.

Complete the Crystal Caverns: Glamour Gulch quest.
- Explore the second Crystal Cavern, destroy three red crystals, and help save the Wishblossom of Ambition. You also meet and unlock Khan in this quest, granting you access to a new horse ability that allows you to explore previously locked areas.

Complete the Bounce Up, Never Down quest.
- Unlock and explore Pixie Acres for the first time. This mission is where you finally meet Tigger, and it's the first part of his storyline. Right after you meet him, he gets stuck up in a tree, so most of this task revolves around rescuing him.

Complete The Balloon Family quest.
- Help Tigger find all lost members of the balloon family and reunite them. This quest sends you on a scavenger hunt all around Pixie Acres, so it's quite useful for getting to know this area better.

Complete the Fun! Fun! Fun! quest.
- This is Tigger's last main storyline mission, which revolves around playing carnival games he set up to win the grand prize, the Crystal Key.

Build Tigger's house.
- The very last step in the Fun! Fun! Fun! quest is building Tigger's house, at which point you officially unlock him as a valley villager.

Tigger has nine friendship rewards you can unlock as you get to know him better. You also gain the hangout option as soon as you hit level two, allowing you to select a role for him to specialize in and to ask him to accompany you anywhere you like as needed.
