Disney Dreamlight Valley finally introduces Peter Pan in the latest Mysteries of Skull Rock update. You can recruit the free-spirited and mischievous Peter Pan by completing his questline in the new update. Here’s everything you need to know about unlocking Peter Pan in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
How to unlock Peter Pan in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Peter Pan was added in the Mysteries of Skull Rock Update, and you can unlock and invite him to your village by completing the main story quests involving The Forgotten and then giving Peter Pan a place to stay for 20,000 coins. You need to complete four quests before you can find and unlock Peter Pan:
- A Forgotten Name
- Shadows on the Wall
- A Ship of Gold
- The Music’s on the Walls
These quests should immediately become available to you once you download the update, but if they don’t show up, try restarting the game. Once you complete all the quests, you can find Peter Pan at Skull Rock, located on the southeast side of Dazzle Beach, and invite him to your village.
A Forgotten Name quest walkthrough
The first step to unlocking Peter Pan is completing the A Forgotten Name quest. You must find the Forgotten, give them a name, and assign them to your village. The quest should appear in your logs on its own, but if it doesn’t, try restarting the game. The Forgotten will lead you to Skull Rock, where you start the Shadows on the Wall quest.

Shadows on the Wall quest walkthrough
Peter Pan is hiding as a shadow, so you need to reveal and capture this shadow. For this, you must first craft Pixie Dust Lanterns by gathering some resources. Here’s our complete walkthrough for the Shadows on the Wall quest.
To craft the Pixie Dust Lanterns, you need to find the three Pixie Dust Orbs around the village. You can get Gold and Vitalys Crystal by mining in the Sunlit Plateau’s mineshaft, and Glass can be crafted with Sand.

Once you have your Pixie Dust Lanterns, you must find and trap the shadow in one spot so you can speak to it. This completes the Shadow on the Wall quest and starts the A Ship of Gold quest.
A Ship of Gold quest walkthrough
A Ship of Gold is the longest quest in this series of quests to unlock Peter Pan, and it requires you to follow a Pixie Dust Orb and solve a few puzzles. First, you’ll need to use the Pixie Dust to let the pirate ship fly to the upper portions of Skull Island.

Once you’re there, you need to solve a puzzle involving six barrels that you need to make three pairs of by rotating them and having them face each other. The barrel pairs are as follows:
- Hook and Clock
- Peter Pan and Sewing Needle
- Tinkerbell and Bell
The barrel puzzle gives you a key for the captain’s room, which lets you start the final quest, The Music’s on the Walls.
The Music’s on the Walls quest walkthrough
There are a few tasks you need to complete for The Music’s on the Walls quest. The first of which is finding six musical notes around the map. You can find a hint for their locations in the cave.

Here are their locations:
- Olaf’s Cave in Frosted Heights.
- The Forgotten Lands treehouse.
- Inside the Dream Castle’s foyer.
- Next to The Forgotten, after unlocking the music note puzzle.
- Ursula’s Cave in Dazzle Beach.
Now you can return to Skull Rock to complete the musical notes puzzle. You need to arrange six musical notes on two music sheets using barrels to align them. Unfortunately, once you complete it, Peter Pan’s shadow will mix them up. Now you need to craft a Pixie Dust Lantern and hang it up to prevent the shadow from interrupting your work.
Once you’re done with this, you can finally meet up with the real Peter Pan.
Invite Peter Pan to your Village
Peter Pan isn’t happy with the fact that you’re a grown-up, but you can prove you have the heart of a child by besting him at hide and seek. Have him play hide and seek, and you can then find him by following the Pixie Dust Trail in the Dark Castle.
Once you find him, he’ll be impressed by your performance and agree to join your village. You can now pay Scrooge 20,000 coins to officially invite and add Peter Pan to your village in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
