This fun evening class includes lots of practical tips on how to build your brand – from making contacts in your industry to marketing your products and balancing the books. If you’ve got an idea for a great business and want inspiration to get it up-and-running, this is the ideal class to kickstart your new year.

Speaker profiles

John Bates is a fellow and former adjunct professor of strategy and entrepreneurship at London Business School. He’s also the founder and director of Sussex Place Ventures Ltd, the school’s in-house venture capital fund manager. Over the last 30 years John has been an entrepreneur founding five businesses as well as an investor director or board advisor to over 50 early stage ventures in the creative and technology industries.

Mark Campbell is the co-founder of Higgidy, a food business that creates up to 300,00 handmade pies and quiches per week. Higgidy has been featured twice in the Fast Track 100, as one of the fastest-growing businesses in the UK. Find out more on their website.

Madeleine Moxham is the founder of MOXHAM, a London-based jewellery and accessories brand. Having previously worked in fashion, Madeleine wasn’t constrained by the pre-conceived idea of what jewellery should be and set out to explore the boundaries by launching her own business.
