A cashback website has launched a £10 free fuel deal to help hard-hit drivers lower the cost of motoring.
According to the AA's July fuel price index the cost of unleaded petrol has been stable in the UK at 128.4p per litre on average. Diesel prices have actually dropped in the same period.
A levelling of prices has provided some respite for UK drivers and a new deal means the next top-up can be even cheaper.
Topcashback says it will pay any driver who tops up their car £10 in cashback if they keep hold of their receipt.
The deal is available to all drivers and works at any petrol station in the UK including supermarkets such as Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury's and Morrisons. It also includes the Co-operative, Esso, BP, Texaco, Total, Shell and other fuel stations.
Drivers can keep hold of their receipt and upload it to Topcashback. If it qualifies for the deal the website will pay £10 back into the driver's account.

As long as the receipt shows the date and time of the purchase, the fuel station name and the items purchased the money will be deposited into your account.
The deal launched on Monday 19 August at 10am and is open until midnight on the 1 September - but could close early if the redemption limit is reached.
The only catch is that the deal is available to new members of Topcashback only - meaning those who have used the deals website previously cannot take advantage of the offer.
