It was confirmed earlier this week that all Topshop, Topman and Miss Selfridge stores will close.
Online fashion giant Asos has brought the brands, meaning Topshop shoppers wishing to return their items have to follow specific measures now Topshop is no longer a standalone brand.
Asos has acquired Topshop, Topman, Miss Selfridge and HIIT from the administrators of Arcadia, two months after its collapse.

Liverpool's Topshop store is now closed for good. The store has been closed under lockdown rules since January 5 and a Topshop spokesperson confirmed the Liverpool store won't reopen after lockdown, meaning shoppers will not be able to make returns there.
Instead, shoppers who bought a product from Topshop before 00:01 on February 4 2021 can still process a return through Topshop's returns portal.
Shoppers must enter their email address and order number to proceed with making a return.

Customers who have gift vouchers or cards can use them online, up until the date of completion with Asos. But they can only be used to fund up to 50% of a purchase, under a rule which came in when Arcadia went into administration late last year.
Topshop's stock is expected to be stripped from stores and shipped to Asos where it will be available to purchase from the online retailer's website.
If shoppers purchase Topshop, Topman and Miss Selfridge products directly from Asos, they can follow Asos' returns process to return items that way.
Approximately 300 Arcadia employees across design, buying and retail partnerships will transfer to ASOS - but at least 2,500 retail jobs will be lost as a result of the takeover.
