Ireland's COVID-19 vaccine rollout plan has ramped up in recent weeks, with over 60% of the eligible population now having received at least one jab from the HSE.
Furthermore, nearly a third of the country are fully protected from the deadly coronavirus, though there is expected to be a slight drop in the number of doses administered in the near future.
The update on this timeline comes after it was confirmed that more than 340,000 people received a dose last week - marking the biggest week so far.
HSE officials have said if supply holds up, they expect to give 300,000 people a jab per week over the next three weeks.
