The Risk of Rain 2 Alloyed Collective has added some really tough enemies, and the Solus Heart battle starts if you manage to reach him.
Like all secret enemies, you’ll first have to reach Solus Heart to beat him. This guide will list all the vital steps to start the fight.
How to reach Solus Heart in Risk of Rain 2 Alloyed Collective
The first task is to defeat the regular boss, aka Solus Wing, in Risk of Rain 2. Completing this task is going to take a lot of time, and you can go through our detailed guide. Defeating Solus Wing is a must if you're looking to reach Solus Heart. It also allows you to unlock Drifter and add her to the list of playable characters.
Once you defeat Solus Wing, it will open a portal through his eye.
- Take the portal to reach Computational Exchange. This is a hidden spot, and the only way to access it is through that portal.
- You'll find a Solus unit. It will reject anything you offer.
- Explore the hidden area and locate the Chef.
- You'll have to hand him the Encrypted Cerebellum along with any of the following items: Encrusted Key/Empathy Cores/Orphaned Core/Prison Matrix/Sentry Key. Any one of these items will work.
- The Chef will combine the items to create Exposed Cerebellum.
- Once you offer this item to the Solus Unit, you'll open an Encrypted Portal. Just leave it at the Solus unit to create the portal for you to enter.
- This portal leads you to Neural Sanctum, and here's where you'll find the Solus Heart.
If you found Solus Wing to be a hard challenge, Solus Heart will be a tougher fight. However, you can play at a difficulty that suits you to progress in the DLC. You can use the newly released Drifter survivor to make the task slightly easier (or go with a choice you're familiar with).
