While he doesn’t have any passive ability, he has a unique ability to inflict reduced healing on the enemies he fights, allowing him to swiftly enable his team to overwhelm priority targets and win teamfights.
Here’s a comprehensive guide to mastering Blade and unleashing his full potential on the battlefield to take down your foes in Marvel Rivals.

Blade also shares a team-up with Cloak & Dagger, who are the anchors, and they provide their powers to give him a shroud. It heals him slowly and makes him invisible to the enemies. It is similar to Moon Knight’s team-up with C&D.
Blade strategy and tips in Marvel Rivals

Blade is a versatile character in Marvel Rivals, and the best way to play him is to get close and personal with the enemies. He has two melee weapons in his arsenal, with the Ancestral Sword and the Hunter’s Shotgun to decimate the enemies who dare to come his way. He also melts enemy tanks on the frontline, and his ability to reduce healing helps his team to overcome any tank to take a point or push a convoy without breaking a sweat.
If you spot a vulnerability in the enemy team’s backline or find an isolated target, use your Bloodline Awakening to empower your blade and win any 1v1 duels relatively easily. The only downside to Blade is that these melee weapons don’t give him enough ranged options, so he can easily be burst down with an Iron Man or Star Lord. He’ll need to use his guard at the right time and rely on his teammates to take care of the ranged threats.
With the Daywalker Dash, Blade also has a very reliable mobility option in the form of two dashes, which charge with time after you use them. You can charge it faster using the Scarlet Shroud ability, which gives you a defensive block, allowing you to disengage from tricky situations. If you’re charging straight into melee fights, you’ll often get targeted by enemy DPS. Consider using the block to disengage, and you find another angle back into the teamfight to take down the priority tanks or carries on the enemy’s side.
Thousand-Fold Slashes is Blade’s ultimate ability, which can completely change the dynamics of a teamfight as Blade makes a huge slashing zone on the point, which makes it easy for your team to defeat heroes on the point and take back control. It also gives anti-heal, so it directly counters the ultimates of Luna Snow, Mantis, and many more. Blade can be stunned while charging his ultimate, so the best way to use this ability is by flanking enemies or in the narrow choke points to make it hard to leave the zone.
