How to order a lateral flow test online
Lateral flow tests can be ordered via the government website.
It is set up so you can order a box of lateral flow tests for yourself or another household.
If you're ordering for yourself, it is relatively easy and shouldn't take you too long.
First of all, you need an NHS login account which will help streamline the process, but this is not necessary,
You will be asked to enter all the relevant details such as your name, email address and home address.
Once that is all done, the government website will register your order and will send out a lateral flow test as soon as they can, usually, it takes around three to four days minimum.
If you are ordering for another household that lives separate from you then the process is essentially the same.
But instead of entering your own details, you will be entering that of the other household - the government website states that the contact details of the household are preferable to your own.
