Star Wars fans will have the opportunity to meet a true intergalactic hero as ithe saga's real Chewbacca is heading to Nottingham.
Finnish actor and former professional basketball player Joonas Suotamo, who took over from Peter Mayhew in 2015, will be at EM-Con 2020.
The 32-year-old started off as a Chewie body double in 2015's Star Wars: The Force Awakens before returning as the lead in Star Wars: The Last Jedi and Solo: A Star Wars Story.
He will be back on screen in Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker later this year.
EM-Con, the East Midlands' largest TV and film convention, will once again be at the Motorpoint Arena on May 2-3.
As well as a host of stalls and plenty of cosplay, visitors will also be able to meet Chewie by either purchasing an autograph or photoshoot.
