There are different ways to move the ball across the court, and in NBA 2K26, the Flashy pass and the Wrap pass (Wraparound pass) allow you to get out of tricky situations.
Unlike the standard pass options, the Flashy variant has different controls this year. The Wraparound pass, on the other hand, is a brand-new introduction. Let's look at how to perform these passes and when they work best.

How to do a Flashy pass in NBA 2K26?
A Flashy pass allows you to bypass bad passing angles when executed properly. The controls might be different, but the core mechanic remains the same.
- Press the Cross+Circle/A+B buttons on your PlayStation/Xbox controller to perform a Flashy pass.
Only attempt the Flashy with a player with good passing and ball-handling abilities. For example, LeBron James is perfect for performing Flashy passes, since he moves the ball well and has good vision.

You can use this move when the pass has to go to a player behind you. Instead of having to turn back to make a chest pass, you can trick the opposition defense.
Alternatively, you can use this maneuver if your layup attempt has a risk of being blocked. Ensure you don't try the Flashy pass with a player with poor passing abilities.
How to do a Wrap pass in NBA 2K26?
Short for the Wraparound pass, these passes might look strange initially, but they're very effective. The passer puts extra effort into hiding the ball using their own body while attempting the pass. The typical pace is slower than the usual pass, but there's less chance of a turnover/steal.

- Double-tap the Circle/B button on your PlayStation/Xbox controller.
- Control the direction of this pass with your LS.
Again, the chance of success for the Wrap pass is higher with a player who has good passing stats. This mechanic is best used when an opponent tries to double-team you to press hard and steal the ball.
