The Rat Connssieur only hands out rewards if you feed him mutated dishes. The only things you have to do to get a mutated dish are to put mutated ingredients in the cooking pot. There is a mutation meter on top of the cooking pot, where you can see the chances of getting mutations of the dish you are cooking.
To cook heavy dishes in Grow a Garden, you must use heavy ingredients. If you feed heavy items to Chris P., he will reward you with more points and give you bigger rewards.
Swap recipes are interchangeable recipes that cook different items with the same ingredient, depending on Chris P.’s current craving. For example, a recipe that makes a Smoothie can also make a cake if Chris P. is craving cake.
