As well as being an impressive party trick, juggling is a test of skill, hand-eye co-ordination, pattern recognition and above all, persistence and patience.
It's also way easier than it looks.
So, as part of our #InThisTogether campaign to highlight the work of local creatives and businesses, the coaches from The Movement Loft are here to show you how it's done.
The Movement Loft is Belfast's very own facility specialising in the artform of movement.
Located on the city's Ravenhill Road, the unique space has been created by founders and coaches David Orchin and Nick Simpson.
Nick and David are huge advocates of juggling, for many reasons.
"Juggling is a fantastic skill to learn that will stay with you for life," Nick said.
"It's fun, meditative and once you've mastered it, very addictive.
"Co-ordination is a huge part of our classes, so juggling is a perfect warm up to get the brain thinking and working with the body.
"With this video we've focused on forming the best habits possible, so don't be afraid of dropping the balls at the start.
"Just concentrate on getting the patterns right and it will all click. You'll be juggling proficiently in no time!"
