Everyone wants to make a good impression in the workplace and to feel that they are able to have an influence on their projects and peers. This course draws upon key elements of communication, presentation, assertiveness and influencing to provide an understanding of how verbal and non-verbal language define how you are perceived by others and how you can leverage them to create maximum, positive impact.
