This course blends insights from coaching, positive psychology and neuroscience to help you to enhance your performance at work. Led by Rachel Calder, an experienced and qualified performance and personal development coach, the evening will teach you how to deal more effectively with the pressures of the workplace – and fulfil your true potential.

During the course, Rachel will offer practical tips on improving self-awareness, motivation, confidence and inner resilience. You’ll learn how to identify the internal blocks that hold you back, and what strategies you can use to overcome them. Crucially, you’ll also learn how to develop and implement a personal action plan that will help you to achieve the results you want.

Tutor profile

Rachel Calder is an experienced and qualified performance and personal development coach. Her background is in teaching, complementary therapies and coaching, as well as English and drama. As a complementary therapist, Rachel supported clients through times of depression, bereavement, terminal illness, trauma and stress. This experience, combined with her coaching and training, enables Rachel to help people get the best out of themselves, even in really challenging circumstances.
