Speaker profiles

Melanie Minetti is the channel marketing manager for Kia Motors in the UK. She works on the company’s marketing strategy and communications, and previously worked in ad agencies on integrated campaigns for many global brands. Browse the Kia Fleet partner zone on the Guardian here.

Simon Hill is the co-founder and CEO of Wazoku, an innovation software company. He’s also entrepreneur in residence at INSEAD business school. In 2014, he won the Guardian SME Leader of the Year award. He was also noted as a top 15 influencer in crowdsourcing in 2013 and 2014. Find out more about Wazoku on their website.

Cassandra Stavrou is the co-founder of PROPERCORN, a food business selling gluten-free popcorn. Since launching in Google headquarters in 2011, PROPERCORN has emerged as one of the UK’s fastest-growing brands. Cassandra has mentored through Warehouse’s Women to Watch initiative, Marie Claire’s @work live and has participated in TED events. Find PROPERCORN on Twitter here.

Will King created the King of Shaves brand following redundancy in the early 1990s recession. The company creates razors, blades, shaving gels and oils, and offers subscription shave plans.
