How to upgrade your Festival of Football Icon Pele in FC 26
The process begins with you redeeming the 93-rated Festival of Football Icon Pele from the store. He will be available in the special pack for free. You’ll get a 93-rated card with two playstyle+.
The first task is to put it in the FoF Pele I Evolution. This evolution has three different variants, and you can pick one. Each variant has two tasks, and you have to complete them by playing two games with the Brazilian legend.

Level 1 Upgrades
- Passing: +1
- Defending: +15
- Positions: CM
- PlayStyles+: Incisive Pass|3
Level 2 Upgrades
- Roles: Box-to-Box++, Playmaker++, Half Winger++, Holding++, Deep-Lying Playmaker++
FoF Pele I — RW/LW
Level 1 Upgrades
- Pace: +1
- Dribbling: +1
- Positions: LW, RW
- PlayStyles+: Finesse Shot|3
Level 2 Upgrades
- Roles: Winger++, Wide Playmaker++, Inside Forward++
FoF Pele I — ST
Level 1 Upgrades
- Pace: +1
- Shooting: +1
- Positions: ST
- PlayStyles+: Low Driven Shot|3
Level 2 Upgrades
- Roles: Target Forward++, False 9++, Poacher++, Advanced Forward++
Once you complete the evolution, your FoF Pele will feature three playstyle+, and get minor stat boosts. Next, you have to wait for the following dates.
- June 27: Complete the upgrades to raise Pele’s overall by 1.
- July 11: Pele gets 5* Weak Foot.
- July 15: Pele gets +1 overall rating.
- July 19: Pele gets a fourth PS+ and a +1 overall rating.
I am unsure if the future boosts will be applied automatically or if they will appear in the form of more evolutions. Either way, all the offered upgrades will be provided for free. Hence, don’t miss out on the chance to get the free Festival of Football and improve it to an overall rating 96.
