In the Volcano Biome Update, the developers have added multiple badges and provided means to obtain them, except for the Resourcefulness Badge, fueling theories among players on how to actually get it. So, if you are one such player who doesn't know how to get this badge, here is the perfect guide for you.
How to unlock the Resourcefulness Badge in 99 Nights in the Forest

To answer the burning question, the Resourcefulness Badge can be obtained if you sacrifice one of your friends or pals to the Volcano. By default, you can find the Volcano Biome near the western edges. But, for the actual Volcano to appear, you must be at least Camp Fire Level 5 or Level 6.

Once you have increased the Camp Fire, you must ask your friend to die or reset their life to get hold of their dead body. You can store this in your sack to carry it. Now, with their body in your custody, go straight to the Volcano Scarifice area. On your way to the Volcano Area, you will find dozens of armed Cultists. So, get ready and craft any weapons of your choice. I recommend using a rifle or something like the laser sword. Just equip yourself with what you are comfortable with. After reaching there, drop their body into the boiling Volcano to unlock the badge immediately. It's that simple!
