In the Working Bees Update, Jandel and his team have released two new pets to the base game: Pack Bee and Cooked Owl. Both of these are extremely valuable pets that provide numerous buffs and perks to your Garden. How to get the Cooked Owl Pet in Grow A Garden
The Cooked Owl Pet was given to players who attended the launch of the Working Bees Update for free. This occurred on June 14, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. UTC. If you missed the event, you will no longer be able to obtain the Cooked Owl Pet, but you can still trade it with other players. So, join the Grow A Discord channel and try to find a suitable person willing to sell their Cooked Owl. Since more than 13 million people attended the event, you will likely find someone willing to trade their pet.
Cooked Owl Pet Stats
- Every 15:01 Minutes, there is a 15.28% chance to cook a nearby fruit. While cooking, it will provide the Burnt or Cooked Mutation. Also, all active pets gain an additional 0.17 XP/s!
How to get the Pack Bee Pet in Grow A Garden
If you have missed the Cooked Owl Pet, don't worry. You will definitely be able to obtain the Pack Bee Pet in Grow A Garden, as it is acquired through the newly added Crafting mechanism. To craft this, go to the central part of the map, and you will find Bizzy Bear sitting in front of a crafting station. Interact with this bench and craft the Pack Bee Pet using the following items.
- Anti Bee Egg - Purchase the Anti Bee Egg
- Sunflower - Get the Sunflower from the Seed Shop and plant it in the Garden.
- Purple Dahlia - Open the Flower Pack to get the Purple Dahlia
- x250 Honey - Make Honey at the center by fulfilling the requirements of Bizzy Bear.

- Increases backpack size by 25
