As a part of the Second Week Halloween Celebration for 2025, the DTI developers/team have reintroduced the Lana Lore Quest from 2024. While all three Chapters of the Quest work in the same way, there is a secret room inside a Chapter that will reward the players with the Nurse Julie Outfit. Here is a brief guide to acquiring the Nurse Julie Outfit for free in the game.
How to obtain the Nurse Julie Outfit in DTI
As mentioned earlier, the Nurse Julie Outfit can be obtained if the player enters the secret room in one of the Chapters. This is none other than Chapter 2, and the room is nothing but the Quarantine Section.
Firstly, start the Chapter 2 questline using the Green Portal. This is a newly added portal within the Lina lobby room that takes you to the 2024 Halloween Quests.
How to open the Quarantine Section in Dress to Impress
To open the Quarantine Section, you will need to find 3 Rune Markers and 1 Key. I will explain to you, step by step, how to see all of these.
Rune Marker Location 1
- The first Rune Marker is inside the Cafeteria. Take the first left from the spawn area and travel straight until you find the room. Now, enter the Cafeteria and go towards the end to find a Rune Marker on the Right side wall.
Rune Marker Location 2
- The next one is near a sofa at the start of the first floor. Climb the Staircase and reach the first floor to find a couch on the right side. Look behind it to find a Rune Marker on the Wall. Interact with it to get the marker.
Rune Marker Location 3
- The final Rune Marker is next to Room 28 and a broken bed. Room 28 is on the right side of the first floor. Use the Staircase and reach the first floor. Now, take a left and start moving along that corridor to find Room 28 and a bed near it. Interact with that area to get the final marker.
Key Location
- The Key is in front of the desk on the first floor. His desk is in the middle part of the first floor, and don't confuse it with the desk that looks identical to this at the start of the first floor. Remember to collect this item last, as it will be returned to the exact location if you get caught by Nurse Julie while playing the game.
After getting all four items, it's time to enter the Quarantine Section/Room. You can find the Quarantine Section room on the right side of the ground floor at the end. Simply take the first right after spawning and walk down the entire corridor to find the room.
Enter the room and walk straight to find the Nurses Station. Take the left to enter their living areas, then open the Nurse Julie Room at the end, where you can find her outfit on a stand. Click on it, and you will receive all three parts of the outfit for free.
