You can find the Mortar Base in the relaxing area of your hideout. However, since the object tends to blend in with the floor, it can be easy to miss. Go over to the armchair and the decorative garden in the relaxing area and search the floor in front of the armchair. This is where you will find the Mortar Base to start building a new decorative piece for your base.
You can find the remaining parts of the Mortar at various locations across your base, and it shouldn’t take too long after you have found the most important part of the build. Remember that Mortar does not serve any functional needs in Cash Cleaner Simulator and is simply a decorative piece.
While building it can be a nice break from the constant rush of cleaning bills, it does not impact your gameplay or the growth of your money laundering operations. For this reason, I would suggest that you wait until your money laundering operation has grown to a stable point before you search for the Mortar parts, only to neglect your primary tasks and objectives.
