After acquiring the Eldran Amulet Fragment, the following Fragment that most people try to collect in Fisch is Maelira's Amulet. Unlike the former, to get this Amulet, you must catch five different fish from the starting area of the Cultist Lair. How to start Maelira's Quest in Fisch
You can meet the Maelira NPC right at the start of the Cultist Liar. She wears bright purple clothing and looks quite optimistic. Speak with her, and you can start the quest related to the Maelira Amulet Fragment, which revolves around five different Fishes, which are mentioned below.

Almost all of these fish are pretty easy to catch, as they are Common and Uncommon rarity fish. I recommend using something like the Seraphic, No Life, or Rod of Depths for catching these fish. While fishing, you can always use the Sundial, Tempest, or the Smokescreen Totem to meet some of the conditions to speed up the process. Personally, I used the Rod of Depths to finish catching all five. So, pick anything you like and proceed to complete it.
Remember, the catch will only count after you start the event if you have caught these fish earlier. This is not a quest where you have to see these fish and return them to the NPC, but just catch and keep them for yourself.
After catching all five fish, you can return to Maelira, who will give you the Maelira Amulet Fragment that is required to craft the Dreamer Amulet, which is part of the larger Leviathan Event.
