Insomniac Games and Sony Interactive Entertainment are releasing the Fresh Start suit as a celebration of Spider-Man: Brand New Day’s theatrical debut. The suit serves as a promotional tie-in between the game and movie, with free content for the game’s more than 17 million copies sold worldwide.
This is also the 11th free suit added to Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 since launch (previous updates added 10 free suits), following Insomniac’s pattern of releasing free cosmetic updates, even as the studio prepares to launch Marvel’s Wolverine in September 2026.
